Wisdom Givers

By Geniyyah On February 3, 2013 · Leave a Comment

Some days I am not a wisdom giver. Some days I feel down, defeated, distressed, even depressed. The world around us can’t be trusted to always be love-embracing and uplifting.

How to Respond to Harsh Words

By Geniyyah On April 5, 2012 · Leave a Comment

Often people say things that feel to us like attacks. We cannot allow these words to imbalance us. We must learn to respectfully acknowledge the situation whether it be the result of inconsiderate thinking, anger, frustration, or irritation.

Raise The Vibe

By Geniyyah On February 27, 2012 · Leave a Comment

I’m focusing on raising the vibe in my local community these days. I live in a small community in the mountains, so you might think that is easier than doing the same in a city, but our community has many problems, and unhappy souls, just like anywhere. I try not to focus on these negative [...]

Jaguar Totem – Symbolism & Meaning

By Geniyyah On November 17, 2010 · 1 Comment

Jaguar creates spots… diversions, so his true nature cannot be seen. He hides in the bushes, stalking prey, then pounces. Quick, out in the open. Quick, back in the darkness. He doesn’t let others see him as he really is.

Jaguar desired anonymity so severely he caused spots to be seen all over his body. [...]

Human Perfection

By Geniyyah On August 19, 2010 · Leave a Comment

Human perfection is a journey, not an absolute. The definition of the term, “human perfection” gives us the answer to whether human perfection is possible. Everyone, with the exception of identical twins, is very different, so it would be impossible to choose only one type of human being to classify as perfect. Prepare for the Day

By Geniyyah On August 16, 2010 · Leave a Comment

Every morning during summer months I go outside not long after dawn to water my vegetable and herb garden. By the time I’m done preparing the plants for the day they are glistening, glowing with joyful radiance, ready to meet the sun as it rises over the crest of the tree tops. Like those plants, we need daily sustenance to prepare ourselves for the day and to raise our consciousness and spiritual awareness.

Who Controls Your Mind?

By Geniyyah On August 15, 2010 · 1 Comment

Most of us are victims of mind control foisted on us by media and corporations, governments, cults, and even some community leaders. There is a way for spiritually aware people to escape and heal from this assault. Simply put, we must elevate our consciousness. Initiates into the spiritual life can do this by finding a source of higher consciousness vibrations, and aligning their energies to it.

Heal Your Expectations

By Geniyyah On August 14, 2010 · Leave a Comment

What we expect from life is usually what we get from it. If we expect prosperity and honor – that’s what we work toward and receive. If we expect poverty and disruption, that too is something we can achieve. To heal your life, to put yourself in the situation you desire, start by healing your expectations. Easier said than done? Perhaps, but if you follow a plan for healing you’re very likely to achieve good results.

How to Deal With Distractions

By Geniyyah On August 12, 2010 · Leave a Comment

Distractions are very common during our work days. A distraction may be something as little as a dog barking outside, or something as complex as an unexpected phone call with someone who doesn’t ever want to ever stop talking. How we deal with petty irritations that take our minds off our work tells us a lot about the level of our spiritual consciousness connectivity.

The Power of Flexibility

By Geniyyah On August 11, 2010 · Leave a Comment

The person who expects the unexpected and welcomes surprises as challenges rather than as roadblocks is going to be much more comfortable with difficulties than is an inflexible person who has rigid expectations of what life should provide. We’ve entered an era during which humanity may experience devastating shocks on both a personal and global scale. We need to be willing to accept unwelcome changes and move ahead gracefully.
