I do this at the restaurants with my iPhone and a little app called Water Charger (waterchargerapp.com has a link) over my glass of water (or tea). This sort of thing works. I came across colour charging water. The principle is to charge the water in the sun in an appropriately coloured glass bottle to achieve the desired results. i.e. I have used green bottles to help with the heart chakra. I thoughtlessly used rain water (steralized) thinking it would be purest, but I guess there will be minimal mineral content.
