And yes, I do hesitate to expose others to the kind of pain that I have been through. And, I know, that sometimes, it is a necessary part of growth. I write so that my experiences might save some other child from experiencing the same kind of pain. I share my recovery to give others possibilities that they might not see on their own without a little bit of guidance from someone else. In the beginning of my journey, I didn't know that I had choices. Hopefully, my writings will teach others that they always have choices. We are never alone.
