Feeling Your Heart Chakra

December 17, 2009

Everyone can feel their heart chakra. If you think not, just close your eyes and place your attention in the area of your heart. What is that? Living, throbbing, love energy, perhaps?

We relate to our heart chakras in different ways. Some relate happily with all this love energy. Some relate with fear.

I have been one to relate to my heart chakra with fear, which choked out most the love within me. I could still be aware of it, but the love was not strong compared to the fear cutting it off, obscuring its beauty. Not enough love got through to make a considerable difference in my life or in the lives of others around me.

I now feel the vibration of love expanding. Fear is being chased away.

Affirmation: You are full of love

July 9, 2009

Today’s affirmation: “Love surrounds me. I am filled with love. I amplify love and give it back to the world constantly.”

Today we can feel more love energy moving through our lives as we become love energy generators. We breathe in the love that surrounds us. We thrive on this love - it is what everyone needs most. And as our vibrations respond to the love energy, we become stronger and generate the love we can give to others.

This is truly a blessed day.

Clearing Emotional Distress

June 24, 2007

This is a simple five-step method for clearing emotional distress.

1. Get some rest. If you haven’t slept recently, lay down and rest for a few minutes. Give yourself a break.

2. Relax. Rest until your muscles start relaxing. Relax them intentionally if need be, by sending the command, “relax” to your various muscle groups starting with your feet and moving up to arms, shoulders, and head.

3. Breathe. A simple 4/8 breathing pattern will do the job. Breathe in through your nose to the count of four, and then purse your lips and breathe slowly out through your mouth to the count of eight. Do this at least five to ten times in your relaxed condition.

4. Rejoice. Breathing leads naturally to rejoicing because you are alive, and the breathing reminds you of that. You are a point of consciousness using a physical body to navigate through an evolving moment of time. Forget all your sorrows as you rejoice in being here now. Center yourself in this awareness of who you really are, and you will be able to make more appropriate decisions about how to feel and react in the situations you’re enduring.

Be grounded, knowing that your physical body is part of Mother Earth, and your consciousness is a gift of Father Spirit, implanted in the part of earth you occupy. You are here for a purpose, alive on earth, and in this, you have the reason to rejoice. You know who you are, and you are equal to and independent of all others, though through Father Spirit and Mother Earth we are all related.

5. Be clear of all emotional struggles. If something doesn’t feel good - it is a struggle. Don’t be afraid to eliminate cording between you and anyone else involved. If a relationship is good enough to keep, it will naturally build new cords of love as time passes. Don’t be afraid to start over with the people you love and are attached to.

To eliminate all old cords, many recommend cutting them mentally, however I prefer to dissolve them. The reason I do this is that cutting cords leaves traces of them wrapped around your emotional body. Instead, visualize the cords dissolving naturally, dissipating into nothingness, and be sure the dissolving reaches to the ends of any cording wrapped around you. In this way you free yourself from all attachments and come back into your own power. You become your own leader and your higher self, aware of its reality and conscious presence on this earth, guides you to appropriate decisions and harmonious emotions.

This came to me in a flash of inspiration and I wrote it down. As soon as I had a need for it - I tried it - and it worked for me. I hope you’ll find it helpful should you be dealing with depression or other difficult emotional conditions.

If emotional distress continues, have a look at a few of my other sites: EFT Joy and EFT - Emotional Freedom Techniques. EFT has been very beneficial to me and I recommend it for everyone. If I were ever to actually set up a healing practice, I’d be using EFT and dowsing along with my other energy healing techniques.

Chakra Healing Using Spheres of Energy

June 17, 2007

I was reading a Reiki manual a few weeks ago and came across an exercise for creating energy spheres. Basically what we can do is turn on the Reiki, then slowly bring our palms together until we feel some resistance, then form the energy mass into a sphere.

Of course I had to try it, and sure enough, soon I had a sphere of energy about six inches in diameter. I played with it for a while, then decided to direct it into my heart chakra.

I could feel it going in, and then a moment later, realized I was feeling a most profound sensation of love and peace. The Reiki energy sphere had an amazing effect on that chakra, to the extent that I’ll never again feel that Reiki is anything but effective. I know it works, and works well, because of this amazing and unexpected experience I had.

After that I developed a new Reiki exercise routine for chakra balancing and healing. It is simply this - to create an energy sphere and send it into each chakra in turn, to heal and enhance the proper functioning of each chakra.

Today I gave Reiki to a friend whose shoulder was dislocated last winter as it is still causing him pain. While I was doing it I felt my hands tingling and before long, a great sphere of energy surrounded both my hands and his shoulder. I continued the Reiki, sensing deep inside his shoulder for the source of pain, knowing the Reiki (universal life energy, also known as chi) would go where it was needed. We will repeat the Reiki daily for a while as this condition is severe and not likely to go away immediately.

My Birth Vision & Learning My Purpose In Life

March 20, 2007

Tonight while my boyfriend was using my computer I lay on my bed and gave myself Reiki while listening to an audio recording of The Tenth Insight by James Redfield, the follow-up book to The Celestine Prophecy. In his book he wrote about birth visions. Intrigued, I turned off the tape to meditate on what my birth vision was.

I looked at my birth family to figure out why I’d want to be born to them, then started having a vision that may have been a past life experience. In my vision I saw myself as an unhappy young Native American woman. In one section of my vision my hands were bound. I felt myself laying against the ground, feeling downtrodden. I realized I was in a group of natives being relocated, and unfortunately, I didn’t make it to wherever I was going. I felt totally unloved and unwanted, by anyone. So then I went back to my birth family and saw, first of all, a little girl there. I would have a sister if I was born to this family, and that excited me. It was the first thing that attracted me to the situation. Then I saw how the parents, especially the father, gave this girl lots of love and affection, and I wanted that. I wanted to be in a family that would love me, want me, and care about me.

Could these be my past lives?Beyond that, I couldn’t see any reason for wanting to be in that family, and I questioned again, meditating on what my purpose in this life might be. I wondered why I have such a propensity for putting myself into situations where I’m helping people… just as I am with this energy therapy endeavor, and other things I do. My attention was diverted to another vision where I saw myself as a very young boy - about seven or eight - whose parents sold him to a slave trader. I was told via clairaudience that it happened in 13th century Persia. I was abused by the slave traders and taken to the court of a person who I identified as a king. The king said, “he isn’t one of mine” and said I must go to work. I was forced to work in a dark place that seemed like a dungeon or cellar, alongside other men, shoveling what I think may have been coal for winter heating fuel. Next I saw myself being executed for having led or participated in an uprising. I’d tried to help the people I worked with find freedom from this forced labor. So in this way I was told that I always wanted to help others. It is a part of who I am now.

I continued my Reiki, and considered how even though I chose my birth family for the feeling of being loved and wanted, I still didn’t feel 100% loved and wanted. I never have, even though both my parents are decent, kind, loving people, and always have been. Then I realized I had this lack in my energy body in the front of my head, in the area just over my third eye. I placed my hands there and sent Reiki and Quantum Touch energy, and healed myself. Then I felt massively loving, and realized it was what I’d been looking for. Through clairaudience I heard these words: “You are the love you give. That is how your soul gains power, strength and beauty.” And I realized this is a message I need to share with my energy healing.
